📦 Courier & Return Instructions

1. Parcel Opening Requirement:
To be eligible for any exchange or return, customers must record a clear 360° video while opening the parcel.
This video is mandatory to process claims related to damages or defects.

2. Photos for Defect Claims:
In addition to the unboxing video, please provide 2 clear close-up photos showing the defect.

3. Exchange & Return Policy:
• Exchange or return is allowed only in case of a manufacturing defect.
• Approval time for exchange/return: 5–7 business days after submission of video and photos.
• Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.

4. Refund Process:
• Refunds will be issued within 15–20 business days
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method, only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Missed Delivery (Locked House):
• If the house is locked and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, it will be resent only after receiving fresh courier charges for both forward and return shipping.

6. Delivery Delays Due to Uncontrollable Events:
Delivery timelines may be affected in case of:
• Weather conditions (e.g., rain, storms)
• Natural disasters
• Government-declared restrictions or emergencies
